This is the TOCON series of SiC photodiodes with built-in preamplifier manufactured by the German company sglux. SiC (silicon carbide) photodiodes are high-performance UV sensors that are highly durable, have low dark current, and low temperature dependence, and are insensitive to visible light (detecting only ultraviolet light). The TOCON series has become a more high-performance and user-friendly model by incorporating a preamplifier into the SiC photodiode.
